Are you on a waiver and need Home Management Services?
Just let your assigned case manager know that you would
like to utilize Cherish for your service needs. Your case manager can then
issue a service agreement to authorize a variety of home management
services depending on your needs.
Cherish wants you to have as much control as you'd like - after all it's your life.
You can refer the Home Management Employee to us for employment or
we can help you find one.
The Home Management Employee and the Consumer or Responsible Party agree to participate in training requirements.
There are a variety of employment requirements that need to be met including passing a background check before an employee may be hired. We will work with you and the employee to try and achieve exactly what you'd like in service provider and schedule.
People who are eligible - can get their services paid through their county waivers.

Cherish Home Management Services also accepts some insurance and private payment.
